Foil Laminated liner
Foil liners are multi-layer barrier liners that incorporate aluminium foil along with other polymer layers to provide high-performance protection for sensitive products. Unlike standard LDPE liners, foil liners offer excellent barrier properties against oxygen, moisture, UV light, and aroma loss, making them ideal for packaging hygroscopic, oxygen-sensitive, or high-value products. They are commonly used inside FIBC bags, drums, or boxes for products such as food ingredients, nutraceuticals, chemicals, and pharmaceuticals. The aluminium foil layer acts as a shield, preventing contamination and extending the shelf life of products even under challenging storage or transportation conditions. Foil liners can be designed as pillow-type liners, form-fit liners, or gusseted liners depending on container type, ensuring a snug fit and efficient filling and discharging.
