These rolls are manufactured by laminating multiple layers of different substrates such as polyester, polyethylene, BOPP, aluminum foil, or paper, depending on the barrier properties required. The lamination provides strength, puncture resistance, and excellent barrier protection against moisture, oxygen, light, and aroma loss. Printed rolls are customized with high-quality graphics and branding using advanced rotogravure printing technology, ensuring attractive shelf appeal and brand recognition. They are supplied in roll form to be used on automatic Form Fill Seal (FFS) machines for packing products such as snacks, confectionery, spices, flour, pulses, frozen food, and pharmaceuticals.
