Quality Policy
We have an in-house QC lab well equipped with the modern equipment for all the types of tests to be conducted on the packaging. And since we are an ISO certified company we have established a strict policy which helps us in carrying out every single process with greatest efficiency. And no packaging material is passed in further stages if it is not approved by the QC lab.

Quality Control
At multiple stages of the manufacturing process, thorough quality inspections are performed. Our state-of-the-art lab facility hosts some of the best testing equipment’s like X rite spectrophotometer for print consistency checks, Universal tensile tester for bond, sealing, tensile & elongation test, Resistivity meter to check anti- static level of LDPE liner and bags. Pinhole tester machine to check number of hole in the aluminium foil laminate, Dart impact tester to check LDPE film strength, coefficient of friction tester to check surface of LDPE film, etc to ensure a high level of precision to the product manufactured.
